Our Bardon client's home had just been renovated by Comoda, and we were brought in to style it for its photoshoot. The brief was to bring together furniture, artwork, soft furnishings, and decorative layers to finish the home. Woven bags and a straw hat on palm-tree hooks by the front door set the mood straight away.
Living and Dining Spaces
A recycled timber dining table and white rattan chairs sit below an aerial print of the ocean in the pool room, and a round table with woven rattan chairs fills the window bay looking out over the bush in the sunroom. In the living room, a plush grey linen slipcover sofa sits below plantation shutters, and slipcovered armchairs gather around a low timber table (the resident dachshund approved!).
Bedroom and Terrace
Olive linen bedding and embroidered cushions sit under a rattan pendant in the bedroom, and a potted olive tree on the deck frames the view back to the white linen bed. Out on the travertine terrace, a cushioned wicker outdoor sofa and a timber stool are backed by palms. We love a plush all-weather sofa for a lazy Sunday.
