Privacy

This page explains what this website collects about you, why, and who else handles it. If you have a question about it, email us at hello@littlewhitelabel.com.au.

When you send us the form

The form asks for your name, email, phone number and suburb, and about your project: what type it is, your budget, when you hope to start, how you heard about us, and anything else you want to tell us. We use these details to reply to you.

Your browser also sends a note of how you found this site, as explained below. We use it to learn which ads and links bring people to us.

The form is delivered by Formspree, a company in the United States. Formspree emails it to us and keeps a copy on its servers in the US.

What your browser remembers

When you arrive on this site, your browser keeps a note of where you came from: an ad, a search engine, a link on another site, or typing the address in. It keeps two of these, your first visit and your most recent one. Each has its date, the page you landed on, the address of the page that linked to it, and any tracking codes in the link, such as the code Google adds when you click an ad.

Your browser also keeps the time you last looked at a page here, so it can tell a new visit from one that is still going.

These notes stay in your browser. They only reach us if you send the form. They don't expire, but you can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Google

We use three Google services. Each one collects information about your visit, which Google handles under its privacy policy.

• Google reCAPTCHA checks that the form is being sent by a person and not by a spam program. Google's terms of service also apply to it.
• Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which pages they read. To stop it recording your visits, install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• Google Ads tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to send us the form. You can choose which ads Google shows you in your Google ad settings.

Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to do this.

Cloudflare

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Its Web Analytics counts visits and measures how fast pages load, without cookies. Cloudflare handles this under its privacy policy.
