Our Top 3 Beach Accomodation Getaways

Not sure about you, but we've really hit the ground running in 2020 and have a few getaways planned here and there over the next few months to find that work/life balance. With Easter and Labour day around the corner (okay - a couple of months away, but it will be here in no time!)  we thought we’d share with you our favourite escapes that will whisk you away from reality [in a good way].

The Bower in Byron Bay is a dreamy, chic and charming boutique hotel that you’ll never want to leave. Pick between a suite, The Barn, The Cottage and The House — we dare you! This place has a space fit for every occasion and number of lucky guests [can sleep up to 10 people].

You can see why The Bower is our number one pick at Little White Label… The mix of textural elements and neutral tones has us drooling. Every detail has been thought of [it even has Netflix for lazy nights in].

Get The Look: We suggest creating your foundations with black, white and timber. Fill in the gaps with some gorgeous cascading greenery as well as hints of olive and beige to add a subtle pop of colour.

This Airbnb find is a light and bright Burleigh Heads gem and we absolutely can’t get enough of it! The light-filled cottage has been drenched in white and timber with accents of black and grey for a punchy interior.

It can fit up to 6 people and even has the most adorable kid’s bedroom you’ve ever seen at a holiday rental.

Get The Look: An all-white interior can sometimes look cold and uninviting. Do as this Airbnb holiday rental has done and layer with texture. A woven pendant light and woven rattan bench seat, as pictured in this property’s gorgeous dining area, are the perfect textural additions to warm up any space.

Another great Airbnb find, this adorable treehouse proves that size does not matter… This elevated studio houses 2 people and has gorgeous views of the creek below — cue morning coffee on the deck [dreamy!].

The use of colour has been executed perfectly. Deep green has been used in the kitchen to ground to add depth and has been dotted throughout the apartment to create cohesion between each space.

Get The Look: Cohesion is always key especially in small spaces, so take a page out of this rental’s book and always make reference to your main colour palette throughout each space.
