Creating a Brand
It’s important to think of your brand. For example, is your property inner-city industrial or a country cottage? Select the look you’re after based on the style and position of your property, then make sure you furnish accordingly to enhance your brand.
Colour
Colour has such a huge effect on our mood and emotion, so think about your brand and the feeling you want your guests to have while staying at your property. Colour can also enhance a space — big or small. Make the most with what you’ve got. If you have a small space, accentuate it by using deeper colours and mood lighting to create a cozy, romantic nest. If you have a large space then anything goes, really. We love bright whites and neutrals to add to a light-filled space!
Capture the Coolness
All of your hard work in styling your Airbnb falls on how good the imagery is at the end — after all, we are very visual creatures! Airbnb as an online platform is all about judging a book by its cover, so you need to ensure your cover is top-notch. Invest in good photography to clearly portray how unique your Airbnb is.
